I have lived in the Woods of King George Apartments for one year now and I continue to be thoroughly pleased with my apartment and surroundings. Maintenance is always done on time and everything is always pristine. The maintenance personal are also very careful and polite. People at the office are always very friendly and willing to give me advice and answers to any of my questions. Thank you to everyone!
I have been living in my development for over 9 years. My unit is very spacious with a tremendous amount of closet space. But what I love the most, the development and grounds are well maintained and it is very peaceful. The Property Management Staff is amazing and very easy to get along with. The most amazing part of the Property is Shorty 240, the Maintenance man, Billy. He may be too short for his truck but there is never a job too tall for him to maintain. He is always a phone call away. The location and school district are perfect for working single mothers like myself and families. I feel very safe here.
